James is the former Chief Operating Officer of Popeyes, the former number two chicken chain in the world, and former Chief Executive Officer of the Dry Fried Wing Company. Jim has also served as President of Quizno's Canada and in 2007 entered into an exclusive alliance with the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group to identify emerging foodservice concepts for investment or acquisition. James has three decades of invaluable top-level experience in all facets of foodservice, franchise sales and operations.

Richard brings an entrepreneurial mindset to business.  He led Amarr Garage Doors for 20 years to become the largest privately held player in the market. Amarr’s 1600 team members operated 80 company-owned distribution centers and two manufacturing plants across the US, Canada and Mexico. Amarr sold it’s residential and commercial garage doors to over 3000 dealers and major retailers and shipped them to over 20 countries. Richard has served on boards of public, private and not-for-profits companies across a range of industries.

Matt Schweickert is a seasoned growth strategist, operator and investor with broad experience accelerating and enabling profitable organic and inorganic growth across numerous industries and companies of varying scale and complexity.  His career has been focused on disruptive, technology-enabled consumer and retail brands, healthcare, data and analytics, supply chain & logistics as well as sports and entertainment.

He began his career as an investment banker in the M&A group of Bank of America and JP Morgan, worked for Harvard’s Center for International Development and subsequently ran Corporate Development for Experian PLC during a period of dramatic geographic and vertical growth.  He then served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Functional CFO of The Home Depot, was Chief Business Officer for CloudKitchens, CFO of Resident Home (one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the last 10 years) and CFO of Geneo United.  In additional to leading several companies to successful exits, Matt is a Founder/Advisor to VC firms focused on retail technology including Engage Ventures, Composite Ventures and Hyper Ventures.

Matt is a graduate of Babson College, Cambridge University, and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.  He lives in Newport Beach, CA with his wife and 3 children.
