Bike Athletic Company was an American sportswear company with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The company produced protective sports equipment such as multipurpose knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, shoulder pads, uniform jerseys, and pants for football, basketball, baseball, and softball. At one time, BIKE produced jock straps, athletic shoes and a wider range of sports-related apparel.
Robert served as a Licensee and Director. Developed and executed the first Direct to Retail Licensing Program (BFRP) by converting an “On the Field” institutional brand to an Athleisure business. Through development and licensing expanded to new productcategories. Eventually Purchased and Exited the business by sale to a competitor.
